Comprising the following steps that S1, grouting pipes are evenly distributed in the shield tail steel plate of the shield tunneling machine in the up-down and left-right directions; s2, during shield tunneling, when a gap appears at the shield tail in the tunneling process, synchronous grouting is conducted immediately, and grout is injected into the gap at the shield tail; when the grouting pressure reaches the designed pressure and the grouting amount reaches the designed grouting amount, synchronous grouting is ended; s3, the shield continues to advance, after the lining segment is separated from the shield tail, secondary grouting is carried out behind the wall, one hole is injected into each ring of segment, and a grouting pipe is made to inject into a gap between the segment and the soil body from the grouting hole of the segment; and when the grouting pressure reaches the designed pressure and the grouting amount reaches 150% of the calculated void amount, secondary grouting is ended. Early-stage stability is provided for the duct piece, the duct piece and surrounding rock mass are integrated, control over the shield tunneling direction is facilitated, and the final stability of a shield tunnel can be ensured.
