Alkali-activated cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an alkali-activated cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The alkali-activated cementing material is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of slag powder, 5-25 parts of a pretreated dewaxing waste catalyst, 1-5 parts of an alkali activator and 20-35 parts of water. The method comprises the following steps: calcining a large amount of dewaxing waste catalyst left after Fischer-Tropsch wax is extracted from Fischer-Tropsch wax residues to obtain a pretreated dewaxing waste catalyst; adding slag into the pre-treated dewaxed waste catalyst, fully mixing and stirring with an alkali activator and purified water, injecting into a mold, removing bubbles by adopting manual vibration and mechanical compaction, and carrying out water spraying maintenance for 28 days to obtain an alkali-activated cementing material; the alkali-activated material prepared by utilizing active components in the dewaxing waste catalyst and the slag not only makes up the defects of traditional Portland cement, but also co-treats the waste catalyst and the slag in the Fischer-Tropsch slag wax, so that solid waste recycling is realized.
本发明涉及一种碱激发胶凝材料及其制备方法。其特征在于碱激发胶凝材料原料组分及各组分的重量份分别为:矿渣粉40~60份,预处理的脱蜡废催化剂5~25份,碱激发剂1~5份,水20~35份。将费托渣蜡提取费托蜡后残留的大量脱蜡废催化剂进行煅烧,得到预处理后脱蜡废催化剂;将所述预处理后脱蜡废催化剂掺加矿渣,与碱激发剂和纯净水充分混合并搅拌,注入模具中采用人工振捣和机械振实消除气泡,喷水养护28天后得到碱激发胶凝材料;为本发明利用脱蜡废催化剂和矿渣中的活性组分,制备的碱激发材料不仅弥补了传统硅酸盐水泥的缺陷,并且协同处置了费托渣蜡中的废催化剂和矿渣,实现了固体废物资源化。
