Manufacturing method of high-purity silicon dioxide foamed ceramic
The invention relates to a preparation method of high-purity silicon dioxide foamed ceramic, which comprises the following steps: grinding quartz sand into primary pulp by using a ball mill, then adding various quartz sand for mixing, adding 1-3% of water-based silica sol with the solid content of 20%, and finally preparing slurry with the water content of 12-14%; meanwhile, 1%-2% of acrylamide and 0.02%-0.04% of dipropylene are added; the slurry is vacuumized, bubbles in the slurry are removed, the vacuumizing time is 1-2 h, the vacuum degree reaches-0.09 mpa, and 0.002% of a curing agent is added; a plastic medium or a sponge medium or an organic matter medium or a mold with the same shape is customized according to the shape of the product, and the product is cured at the temperature of 100 DEG C or below for 24 h; after maintenance, the positions of corners, a sprue gate, a vent hole and the like are trimmed; and drying all moisture in the product, and sintering by using a high-temperature section of 1200-1300 DEG C. The acid-resistant foamed ceramic has the following advantages that the acid resistance of the foamed ceramic is improved, and meanwhile the production cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种高纯度二氧化硅泡沫陶瓷的制作方法,它包括:利用球磨机进行研磨石英砂成原浆,然后再添加各种石英砂进行混料及固含20%水系硅溶胶1%~3%,最终制成料浆水分控制在12%~14%;同时添加丙烯酰胺1%~2%,双丙0.02%~0.04%;除去料浆内的气泡,抽真空时长为1~2h,真空度达到‑0.09mpa,并加入0.002%的固化剂;根据产品形状订制塑料介质或海绵介质或有机物介质或相同形状的模具,该产品在100℃以下进行养护,时长为24h;养护后对边角位置、浇注口、放气口等位置进行修整;烘干产品内的全部水分,并使用高温段1200℃~1300℃进行烧结。本发明具有如下优点:本发明的目的是为了改善泡沫陶瓷的耐酸性,同时降低生产成本的问题。
