Double-order friction damper
The invention relates to the technical field of building seismic mitigation and isolation, in particular to a double-order friction damper. Comprising a plurality of pressing plates, friction steel plates and limiting plates, the number of the friction steel plates is the same as that of the pressing plates, the number of the limiting plates is one less than that of the pressing plates, the pressing plates and the friction steel plates are each provided with a plate head and a plate body, and pin shaft holes are formed in the plate heads; the plate body of each friction steel plate is arranged between the plate bodies of the limiting plate and the pressing plate in a laminated manner; the pressing plate, the limiting plate and the friction steel plate are connected together through a fastening bolt assembly; through cooperation of the limiting block on the limiting plate and the limiting block on the pressing plate, different damping force energy consumption can be output under different earthquakes by changing the number of friction participating surfaces without earthquakes. The structure solves the problems that a traditional friction damper is unstable in friction force and poor in fatigue performance, usually only has single sliding force and is difficult to meet the requirements of medium earthquakes and large earthquakes for the performance of the damper.
