The invention discloses a molecular sieve membrane support and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of membrane material preparation. In the preparation process of the silicon carbide molecular sieve membrane support, a mullite precursor with an acicular structure is added, SiO2 generated on the surface of silicon carbide due to high-temperature oxidation is consumed in the preparation process, and meanwhile, a mullite binding phase with an acicular structure is generated in situ, so that the sintering temperature is effectively reduced; and the porous silicon carbide molecular sieve membrane support membrane material with high porosity and excellent mechanical properties is successfully prepared. The prepared molecular sieve membrane support has an excellent pore structure, the average pore size is 0.1-2 microns, the porosity is 25-50%, and the mechanical strength is 20-40 MPa.
本发明公开了一种分子筛膜支撑体及其制备方法,属于膜材料制备技术领域。本发明在碳化硅分子筛膜支撑体在制备过程中添加一种针状结构莫来石前驱体,在制备过程中消耗其碳化硅表面由于高温氧化产生的SiO2的同时原位生成具有针状结构莫来石结合相,有效降低了烧结温度,成功制备具有高孔隙率和优异机械性能的多孔碳化硅分子筛膜支撑体膜材料。本发明制备的分子筛膜支撑体具有优良的孔结构,平均孔径为0.1~2μm,孔隙率为25~50%,机械强度为20~40MPa。
