The construction platform comprises an I-shaped steel rail, a plurality of horizontal supporting arms are arranged at the top of the I-shaped steel rail, and the tail end of each horizontal supporting arm is fixed to the top of a building; two first pulleys are arranged on the I-shaped steel rail, a second pulley is arranged on the outer side of each first pulley, a platform lifting rope is arranged at the bottom of each first pulley, and the tail ends of the platform lifting ropes are fixedly connected with lifting motors fixed to the two ends of the construction platform respectively; a climbing steel cable is arranged at the bottom of each second pulley, the bottom end of each climbing steel cable is fixedly connected with a ground anchor pulling steel piece on the ground, and each ground anchor pulling steel piece is fixedly connected with the ground through an anchor bolt; each climbing steel rope is sleeved with an annular slip rope, and each slip rope can slide on the climbing steel rope; the slip ropes are connected with horizontal ropes, and the tail ends of the horizontal ropes are fixedly connected with electric hoists fixed to the two ends of the construction platform respectively.
