The invention discloses a preparation method of an efficient alkali-free accelerator core master batch, which comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of an accelerating base material, 4-6 parts of an anti-settling agent, 3-8 parts of a stabilizer, 1-5 parts of a thickening agent, 4-10 parts of an anti-freezing agent, 1-1.5 parts of a pH regulator and 6-8 parts of an active agent which is modified palygorskite; and 2, mixing the raw materials, adding the mixture into water at 60-70 DEG C, and stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain the high-efficiency alkali-free accelerator core master batch. The modified palygorskite is added into the accelerator to serve as an active agent, high-pressure hot water stirring treatment is conducted, the defect that the adsorption adhesive force of the palygorskite is too high is overcome, refined and dispersed palygorskite is obtained, the activity of the palygorskite can be improved through roasting treatment, the overall binding capacity of the palygorskite is remarkably improved, and the strength of the palygorskite is improved. The compatibility with concrete particles is improved, the setting time is shortened, meanwhile, the concrete setting structure is improved, and the concrete strength is improved.
本发明公开了一种高效无碱速凝剂核心母料的制备方法,步骤包括:步骤一:按重量份数准备原料:速凝基料10‑20份、防沉剂4‑6份、稳定剂3‑8份、增稠剂1‑5份、抗冻剂4‑10份、pH调节剂1‑1.5份和活性剂6‑8份,其中,所述活性剂选用改性坡缕石;步骤二:将上述各原料混合,然后加入到60‑70℃的水中,搅拌1‑3h,即得所述高效无碱速凝剂核心母料。本发明在速凝剂中加入改性坡缕石作为活性剂,其经过高压热水搅拌处理,改善了坡缕石吸附粘合力过强的缺陷,得到细化、分散的坡缕石,而焙烧处理可以提升坡缕石的活性,使得坡缕石整体的结合能力显著提升,有助于提高与混凝土颗粒的相容性,缩短凝结时间,同时改善混凝土凝结结构,提高混凝土强度。
