The invention discloses a solid master batch of a fluoride-free alkali-free liquid setting accelerator. The solid master batch comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 45%-60% of aluminum sulfate; 10%-15% of amorphous aluminum hydroxide; 5%-10% of magnesium sulfate; 3%-5% of a reinforcing agent; and 3%-8% of alcohol amine. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding water and alcohol amine into a reaction kettle, conducting stirring and heating to 70-90 DEG C; adding aluminum sulfate, and continuously conducting stirring for 1-2 hours until the aluminum sulfate is completely dissolved; adding amorphous aluminum hydroxide, and continuously conducting stirring for 2-3 hours until the amorphous aluminum hydroxide is completely dissolved; adding manganese sulfate and magnesium sulfate, and continuously conducting stirring for 1-2 hours until the solid is completely dissolved; drying the liquid obtained in the step 4 by using a vacuum rake dryer, and conducting dehydrating while stirring until the liquid becomes paste; and cooling the paste to room temperature to obtain the milk white accelerator solid master batch. The solid master batch disclosed by the invention is dissolved in water to form an alkali-free liquid accelerator and has good constructability; and the obtained liquid setting accelerator is low in viscosity and good in stability.
本发明公开了一种无氟无碱液体速凝剂的固体母料,其各组分的质量百分数为:硫酸铝45%‑60%;无定型氢氧化铝10%‑15%;硫酸镁5%‑10%;增强剂3%‑5%;醇胺3%‑8%。制备方法为:将水和醇胺加入反应釜中,搅拌升温至70℃‑90℃;加入硫酸铝,持续搅拌1 h‑2 h直至完全溶解;加入无定型氢氧化铝,持续搅拌2 h‑3 h直至完全溶解;加入硫酸猛和硫酸镁,持续搅拌1h‑2 h至固体完全溶解;使用真空耙式干燥机干燥步骤四所得液体,一边搅拌一遍脱水至液体变成膏状;将膏体冷却至室温,得到乳白色速凝剂固体母料。本发明的固体母料溶解在水中成为无碱液体速凝剂,具有良好的施工性;所得液体速凝剂粘度低,稳定性好。
