Lightweight high-strength composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a lightweight high-strength composite material and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight high-strength composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of magnesium oxide, 2-5 parts of floating beads, 0.09-0.15 part of citric acid, 4.5-11.5 parts of magnesium sulfate and 7-10 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing magnesium oxide and floating beads to obtain a mixture A, and dissolving citric acid and magnesium sulfate in water at 40-50 DEG C to obtain a solution B; adding the mixture A into the solution B, stirring for 1 min at a low speed of 140 rpm, then stirring for 2-3 min at a high speed of 200 rpm or above, and finally curing at 20-30 DEG C. The prepared light high-strength composite material is small in volume weight and has high breaking strength and compressive strength.
