Unfired ultralight aggregate
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to an unfired ultralight aggregate. The unfired ultralight aggregate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of fly ash, 50-100 parts of expanded perlite, 150-200 parts of water glass (solid content of 30%), 1-2 parts of a water glass curing agent and 3-10 parts of a water repellent emulsion (solid content of 1-5%). According to the unfired ultra-light aggregate, the water glass and the fly ash are utilized to form a geopolymer, and a spatial network structure is formed; meanwhile, the water glass curing agent is added to be combined with the water glass to form a consolidated body, so that the high mechanical strength of the unfired ultra-light aggregate is improved. The unfired ultralight aggregate is high in compressive strength, low in water absorption and small in volume weight.
