Compared with the traditional lightweight aggregate obtained by mining, the lightweight aggregate provided by the invention can effectively reduce the mining and utilization of natural resources.
本发明公开了一种免烧超轻高强固碳型再生轻集料的制备方法及应用,涉及轻集料混凝土技术领域。包括以下步骤:S1,制备并得到初级再生轻集料A;S2,将初级再生轻集料A放入Ca(OH)2溶液内浸泡3小时,之后沥出初级再生轻集料晾干控制含水率,得到晾干后的再生轻集料B;S3,将再生轻集料B与1.2‑1.4倍Vthres的碱性废渣一起加入搅拌机内充分搅拌后,控制包裹层厚度为5mm~10mm,得到免烧超轻高强低吸水率固碳型的轻骨料。本发明对比传统通过开采获得的轻集料,可有效减少对自然资源的开采和利用。
