The invention relates to the technical field of house construction, in particular to an integrated pouring building house construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, foundation construction and material preparation: building a building house pile foundation on a construction base according to a construction drawing, and symmetrically arranging two rows of limiting columns on the building foundation in advance, the lower end of each limiting column is embedded into the building foundation, and a drainage ditch is formed in each of the two sides of the foundation, so that smooth drainage is guaranteed, and the foundation is prevented from being soaked by rainwater. According to the integrally-poured building house construction method, the foundation steel bar frame and the concrete pouring opening are built in the foundation, and a set of steel pipes matched with the built house are installed on the foundation steel bar frame, so that the limiting columns can stably and effectively work by being matched with the steel pipes; and meanwhile, after the house is built, the limiting columns can be conveniently taken out of the steel pipes and recycled, and the firmness of the house during building can be effectively improved through the concrete layer arranged on the foundation.
