One embodiment of the present invention provides an image processing device, an image processing method, and an image processing program capable of effectively processing a three-dimensional model and damage information of a building on the basis of an image obtained by capturing the building. In one embodiment, an image processing apparatus includes: a processor; and a memory that associates and stores a plurality of images obtained by capturing a building and a three-dimensional model of the building, the processor performing: an expansion process in which the three-dimensional model is expanded into a two-dimensional image; an extraction process for extracting damage information of the building on the basis of the plurality of images; mapping processing: mapping the damage information to the two-dimensional image; and an output process for outputting the mapped two-dimensional image.
