PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in image quality.SOLUTION: An image processing device 12 comprises an acquisition portion 12A, a specification portion 12E and a correction portion 12H. The acquisition portion 12A acquires input data including shape data indicating an uneven region having a protruding part and a recessed part and image data of an image to be formed on the uneven region. The specification portion 12E specifies a step region continuous to a wall face connecting a bottom face of the recessed part to a protruding face of the protruding part in the bottom face. The correction portion 12H corrects the image data so that brightness of a first image region having a plurality of dots laminated on the step region and brightness of a second image region continuous to the first image region are approximately identical with each other.
