Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and lauryl sodium sulfate are used as composite surfactants, and epoxypropane and glyoxal are used as composite cross-linking agents to prepare the starch foaming material. Experiments show that according to the mass of the starch, when the use amount of the surfactant is between 1% and 3% and the use amount of the cross-linking agent is between 7% and 12%, the experimental effects of the compressive strength and the biodegradation rate of the foamed starch are satisfactory. In addition, compared with corn starch, sweet potato starch and wheat starch, the lotus root starch shows the most excellent performance. The foamed starch degradation drainage plug prepared by the invention can be applied to the field of drainage of concealed pipes at the bottom of a caisson in backfilling construction of a caisson type bathroom.
本发明以十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠作为复合表面活性剂,以环氧丙烷和乙二醛作为复合交联剂制备淀粉发泡材料。实验表明,以淀粉质量计,当表面活性剂的用量介于1%‑3%之间,且交联剂的用量介于7%‑12%时,发泡淀粉的抗压强度和生物降解率的实验效果令人满意。另外,相对于玉米淀粉、红薯淀粉和小麦淀粉,选用莲藕淀粉表现出了最为优异的性能。本发明制得的发泡淀粉降解排水堵头可用于沉箱型卫浴间回填施工中的沉箱底部暗管排水领域。
