A first sealing ring is arranged on the outer ring of the plug column, a corrugated sealing ring is arranged on the inner ring of the outer ring, and when the sealing plug is inserted into a sleeve of a grouting hole and a grout outlet hole, the sleeve is located between the first sealing ring and the corrugated sealing ring, the backflow prevention mechanism comprises arc-shaped plates, a baffle and a rotating plate, the arc-shaped plates are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the middle of the sleeve body, and the baffle is perpendicularly and fixedly arranged on one arc-shaped plate; the rotating plate is hinged to the other arc-shaped plate and located on the grout outlet side, the baffle is located on the grouting hole side, and when the rotating plate is located at the vertical position, the top end of the rotating plate abuts against the top end of the baffle.
