The invention provides a construction method for an active drainage layer of a basement bottom plate. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, mortar is smeared on the surface of the basement bottom plate to form a leveling layer; s2, positioning steel bars are erected on the edge of the basement bottom plate, angle steel is welded to the tops of the positioning steel bars, and the outer edge of the basement bottom plate is excavated to form a drainage ditch; s3, a prefabricated plate is laid, a cylindrical groove is formed in the top of the prefabricated plate, a water guide groove is formed in the bottom of the prefabricated plate, and the upper edge of the ending closing opening of the prefabricated plate is flush with the lower edge of the angle steel; s4, binding floor steel bars above the prefabricated slabs, and pouring cement mortar to form a reinforced concrete layer; and S5, the reinforced concrete layer is leveled and maintained. On the basis, cement mortar can enter the cylindrical groove after being poured so as to enhance the connection strength of the reinforced concrete layer and the prefabricated slab, meanwhile, reverse osmosis water blocked by the bottom of the prefabricated slab can flow into a drainage ditch along a drainage channel formed by the water guide groove and the leveling layer, and the situation that the reinforced concrete layer cracks is reduced; and the leakage possibility of the basement bottom plate is reduced.
