Fly ash slag preprocessing system and preprocessing technology thereof
The invention discloses a fly ash slag preprocessing system which comprises a fly ash slag screening machine, a fly ash slag stock bin, a fly ash slag pre-wetting bin, a mixing bin and a finished product bin which are connected in sequence, and further comprises a machine-made sand screening machine and a machine-made sand stock bin which are connected with the mixing bin in sequence, and the screening particle size of the fly ash slag screening machine and the screening particle size of the machine-made sand screening machine are both smaller than or equal to 2.36 mm. The pre-processing technology comprises the following steps: (1) adding fly ash slag into a fly ash slag screening machine, screening, and feeding into a fly ash slag bin; (2) feeding the fly ash slag into a fly ash slag pre-wetting bin, spraying with clear water, and feeding into a mixing bin; (3) adding the machine-made sand into a machine-made sand screening machine, screening, and feeding into a machine-made sand bin; and (4) feeding the machine-made sand into a mixing bin, mixing the machine-made sand with the pre-wetted fly ash slag to form fly ash slag substitute sand, and storing the fly ash slag substitute sand in a finished product bin. According to the invention, the pre-wetted fly ash slag with the particle size of less than or equal to 2.36 mm is used for replacing machine-made sand with the particle size of less than or equal to 2.36 mm to prepare concrete or mortar, so that the working performance, the mechanical property and the durability of the concrete or mortar can be obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种粉煤灰渣预加工系统,包括依次连接的粉煤灰渣筛分机、粉煤灰渣料仓、粉煤灰渣预湿仓、掺混仓和成品仓,还包括依次与掺混仓连接的机制砂筛分机和机制砂料仓,粉煤灰渣筛分机和机制砂筛分机的筛分粒径均≤2.36mm。预加工工艺:(1)将粉煤灰渣加入粉煤灰渣筛分机,经筛分后送入粉煤灰渣料仓;(2)将粉煤灰渣送入粉煤灰渣预湿仓,清水喷淋,送入掺混仓;(3)将机制砂加入机制砂筛分机,经筛分后送入机制砂料仓;(4)将机制砂送入掺混仓,和预湿粉煤灰渣混合,形成粉煤灰渣替代砂,存于成品仓。本发明将粒径≤2.36mm的预湿粉煤灰渣替代粒径≤2.36mm的机制砂用于制作混凝土或砂浆,可以显著提高其工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能。
