Artificial Diamond Preprocessing System
The present invention relates to a system for preprocessing an artificial diamond. The system comprises: fixing units into which an artificial diamond having a cylindrical shape is inserted and fixed; batch plates on which a plurality of the fixing units are arranged; a batch rack in which the batch plates are stacked and arranged; and a plurality of solution boxes having a preprocessing solution therein and arranged in the batch rack. According to the present invention, a plurality of artificial diamonds may be preprocessed in a single operation, thereby improving the work efficiency.
본 발명은 원기둥형상의 인조다이아몬드가 삽입되어 고정되는 고정유닛; 복수의 상기 고정유닛이 배치되는 배치플레이트; 복수의 상기 배치플레이트가 적층되어 배치되는 배치랙(Rack); 및 내부에 전처리용액이 내장되고, 상기 배치랙이 내부에 배치되는 복수의 용액박스를 포함하는 인조다이아몬드 전처리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면 한번의 작업으로 복수개의 인조다이아몬드를 전처리할 수 있어 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
Artificial Diamond Preprocessing System
The present invention relates to a system for preprocessing an artificial diamond. 본 발명은 원기둥형상의 인조다이아몬드가 삽입되어 고정되는 고정유닛; 복수의 상기 고정유닛이 배치되는 배치플레이트; 복수의 상기 배치플레이트가 적층되어 배치되는 배치랙(Rack); 및 내부에 전처리용액이 내장되고, 상기 배치랙이 내부에 배치되는 복수의 용액박스를 포함하는 인조다이아몬드 전처리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면 한번의 작업으로 복수개의 인조다이아몬드를 전처리할 수 있어 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
