To provide a building material preprocessing system and a processing method capable of easily acquiring measurement data required for preprocessing of a building material.SOLUTION: A building material preprocessing system includes: a flight vehicle 21; a camera 20 attached to the flight vehicle 21; point group three-dimensional model generation means for generating a point group three-dimensional model that is a three-dimensional model of a target property based on three-dimensional point group data generated from an image of the target property acquired by the camera 20; overlapping means for overlapping a CAD three-dimensional model that is a three-dimensional model of the target property based on CAD design data and the point group three-dimensional model; and conversion means for converting measurement data of a part specified on the point group three-dimensional model into measurement data corresponding to the part specified on the CAD model in a state where the CAD three-dimensional model and the point group three-dimensional model are overlapped by the overlapping means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
