The invention discloses a quartz fiber reinforced quartz-based composite material surface rain-erosion-resistant inorganic coating and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing raw material inorganic powder; 2) preparing a novel rain erosion resistant slurry through formula design; and (3) constructing the slurry on the surface of the high-temperature antenna housing material, and realizing local high densification in a short time in a bearable temperature range of the antenna housing material to form a high-density, uniform and smooth inorganic rain erosion resistant coating. The rain-erosion-resistant inorganic coating on the surface of the quartz fiber reinforced quartz-based composite material prepared by the invention does not crack after thermal shock at 1000 DEG C, has Mohs hardness of more than 6, and has no influence on the electrical property of an antenna housing dielectric, so that the antenna housing has good rain-erosion-resistant and thermal shock-resistant stability while keeping the electrical transmission efficiency, and the service life of the antenna housing is prolonged. The long-time application requirement of the aircraft in high Mach number such as missiles and the like is met.
本发明公开了石英纤维增强石英基复合材料表面抗雨蚀无机涂层及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)自制出一种原材料无机粉体;2)通过配方设计,制备出一种新型抗雨蚀浆料;3)将所制浆料施工于高温天线罩材料表面,在天线罩材料可承受温度范围区间内,短时间实现局部高度致密化,形成高致密度、均匀、光滑的无机抗雨蚀涂层。本发明制备得的石英纤维增强石英基复合材料表面抗雨蚀无机涂层经1000℃热震不开裂,莫氏硬度达6以上,且对天线罩介的电性能无影响,使得天线罩在保持电传输效率的同时,有着良好的抗雨蚀和抗热震稳定性,满足其在导弹等高马赫数飞行器的长时间应用需求。
