The invention provides a quartz fiber composite material with a high-temperature-resistant coating and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of composites.The preparation method comprises the steps that alumina sol and silica sol are mixed and aged according to the mass ratio of mullite, and composite sol is prepared; immersing a quartz fiber composite material into the composite sol for ultrasonic dip-coating, then naturally drying, and repeating for a plurality of times to obtain an intermediate product; the intermediate product is put into a muffle furnace to be heated and sintered, and a high-temperature ceramic coating is formed on the quartz fiber composite material substrate; and after cooling, continuously coating a phosphate coating on the surface of the high-temperature ceramic coating, and heating and curing to obtain the quartz fiber composite material with the high-temperature-resistant coating. The high-temperature ceramic coating and the phosphate coating are formed on the surface of the quartz fiber composite material, the high-temperature resistance of the composite material is jointly improved, and the high-temperature ceramic coating can conduct hole sealing and moisture prevention on the quartz fiber composite material.
本发明提出了一种具有耐高温涂层的石英纤维复合材料及其制备方法,涉及复合材料技术领域,将氧化铝溶胶和硅溶胶按照莫来石的质量配比进行混合陈化,制备复合溶胶;将石英纤维复合材料浸入复合溶胶中进行超声浸涂,再自然干燥,反复若干次,得到中间产品;将中间产品放入马弗炉中升温烧结,在石英纤维复合材料基底上形成高温陶瓷涂层;冷却后,在高温陶瓷涂层表面继续涂覆一层磷酸盐涂层,进行升温固化,得到具有耐高温涂层的石英纤维复合材料。本发明在石英纤维复合材料表面形成高温陶瓷涂层和磷酸盐涂层,共同提高复合材料耐高温性能,而且高温陶瓷涂层能够对石英纤维复合材料进行封孔防潮。
