Preparation method of inorganic coating on surface of quartz fiber/quartz composite material
The invention relates to a preparation method of an inorganic coating on the surface of a quartz fiber/quartz composite material. The method comprises the following steps: pretreating the surface of the SiO2f/SiO2 composite material to remove powder on the surface; the method comprises the following steps: preparing quartz slurry from quartz powder with different particle size ranges according to raw material particle size gradation; performing homogenization treatment on the quartz slurry to obtain coating slurry; printing the coating slurry on the surface of the SiO2f/SiO2 composite material by adopting a screen printing process; the printed surface is subjected to drying treatment; and carrying out heat treatment on the dried surface to obtain the inorganic coating. The raw materials of the quartz slurry provided by the invention adopt certain grain composition, and coarse, medium and fine grains are mutually filled, so that the compactness of fused quartz ceramic is increased; the inorganic coating on the surface of the quartz fiber/quartz composite material prepared by the invention can seal holes and realize planarization at the same time, can resist the temperature of not lower than 1000 DEG C, and is well matched with a quartz ceramic base material.
本发明涉及一种石英纤维/石英复合材料表面无机涂层的制备方法。该方法的步骤包括:对SiO2f/SiO2复合材料表面进行预处理,去掉表面的粉末;利用不同粒径范围的石英粉体,按照原料颗粒级配制备石英浆料;将石英浆料进行均化处理,得到涂层浆料;将涂层料浆采用丝网印刷工艺印制在SiO2f/SiO2复合材料表面;将印制后的表面进行干燥处理;将干燥处理后的表面进行热处理,得到无机涂层。本发明提供的石英浆料的原料采用一定的颗粒级配,粗、中、细颗粒相互填充,增加了熔融石英陶瓷的致密性;本发明制备的石英纤维/石英复合材料表面无机涂层能够在封孔的同时实现平坦化,耐温不低于1000℃,且与石英陶瓷基材匹配性良好。
