Offshore high-rise pile cap foundation and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an offshore high-rise pile cap foundation and a construction method thereof. The offshore high-pile bearing platform foundation is of an assembly type structure and comprises pipe piles used for supporting the bearing platform foundation; the prefabricated bearing platform is provided with a first preformed hole used for installing the pipe pile and a grouting pipeline used for allowing a grouting material to enter the prefabricated bearing platform, and the prefabricated bearing platform, the bottom sealing fixing plate and the pipe pile are fixed into an integral structure through the grouting pipeline; the bottom sealing fixing plate is arranged at the end, facing the pipe pile, of the prefabricated bearing platform; a grouting filling cavity for a grouting material to pass through is defined by the bottom sealing fixing plate and the prefabricated bearing platform; the bottom sealing fixing plate is further provided with a second reserved hole allowing the pipe pile to be embedded therein. By means of the structure, the problem that in the prior art, the offshore construction period of a high pile cap foundation is long can be effectively solved, and the effect of reducing the offshore construction difficulty and construction cost is achieved.
海上高桩承台基础及其施工方法。海上高桩承台基础为装配式结构,包括:管桩,用于支撑承台基础;预制承台,所述预制承台上设置有用于安装所述管桩的第一预留孔,以及用于供灌浆料通入所述预制承台的灌浆管路,所述灌浆管路将上述预制承台、封底固定板和所述管桩三者固定为整体结构;封底固定板,设置在所述预制承台朝向所述管桩的一端;所述封底固定板与所述预制承台围成供灌浆料通过的灌浆填充腔;所述封底固定板上还设置有用于供所述管桩嵌入的第二预留孔。通过上述结构可以有效地解决现有技术中高桩承台基础海上施工周期长的问题,并起到降低海上施工难度和施工成本的效果。
