Regenerated self-compacting premixed concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides regenerated self-compacting premixed concrete and a preparation method thereof. The regenerated self-compacting premixed concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 230 to 280 parts of cement, 140 to 160 parts of water, 120 to 170 parts of fly ash, 120 to 180 parts of waste rubber, 370 to 480 parts of a waste mixture, 80 to 95 parts of a reinforcing agent and 40 to 60 parts of waste wood. The obtained recycled self-compacting premixed concrete is excellent in cohesiveness and uniform in aggregate distribution, the shrinkage of the recycled self-compacting premixed concrete is increased by about 50% within 100 days, the shrinkage rate of the recycled self-compacting premixed concrete is effectively reduced, micro-cracks are reduced, the generation rate of the cracks is reduced, and then the mechanical properties such as compressive strength and durability are effectively improved.
本发明提出了一种再生自密实预拌混凝土及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的组分:水泥230‑280份、水140‑160份、粉煤灰120‑170份、废弃橡胶120‑180份、废弃拌合料370‑480份、增强剂80‑95份和废弃木材40‑60份。本发明获得的再生自密实预拌混凝土的粘聚性优良,骨料分布均匀,在100d其收缩增长50%左右,有效降低再生自密实预拌混凝土的收缩率,减少微裂缝的产生,降低裂缝的生成速率,进而有效提高抗压强度、耐久性等力学性能。
