Intelligent tractor roller falling device
The invention discloses an intelligent tractor roller falling device which comprises a mounting base and a driving motor, the roller falling device further comprises a rotating mechanism and a turnover mechanism, and the rotating mechanism is composed of a rotating frame and a transmission mechanism used for driving the rotating frame to rotate from the inner side of a track bed to the outer side of a track. The overturning mechanism comprises a driving air cylinder, an overturning claw and a driving assembly used for converting linear stroke motion of the driving air cylinder into overturning motion of the overturning claw, and the rotating plane of the rotating frame and the rotating plane of the overturning claw are not located on the same plane. According to the invention, the roller is rotated from the inner side of a track bed to the outer side of a track through the rotating mechanism, and the roller on the overturning claw is overturned and dropped down through the overturning mechanism after the roller reaches a corresponding position, so that the operation conversion between a ballasted track and a ballastless track is realized, the automation performance in the track laying operation is improved, and the mechanical and automatic placement of the roller is realized.
