The invention relates to the field of cast-in-place box girder construction processes, and discloses a large-span cast-in-place box girder integral reinforcement cage forming device which comprises a plurality of main frames, a plurality of sets of bottom plate reinforcement positioning assemblies, a plurality of sets of web reinforcement positioning assemblies and a plurality of sets of top plate reinforcement positioning assemblies. Every two adjacent main frames are connected through a bottom plate steel bar positioning assembly and two top plate steel bar positioning assemblies, the bottom plate steel bar positioning assemblies are located at the bottoms of the main frames and used for positioning box girder bottom plate steel bars, and the web steel bar positioning assemblies are located in the middles of the main frames and used for positioning box girder web steel bars. The top plate steel bar positioning assembly is located on the top of the main frame and used for positioning box girder top plate steel bars. The method has the effects that the time for hoisting the roof steel bars is saved, and thus the construction efficiency is improved.
