Steel plate concrete secant pile structure in foundation pit support and construction method
When the occlusive pile in the existing foundation pit support is used for constructing a reinforced pile, occlusion can be realized only by digging out concrete at the overlapped part of the reinforced pile and the plain pile in the plain pile, namely, digging is carried out after pouring, and filling is carried out after digging, so that the waste problem exists. In order to overcome the defects of an existing secant pile, great improvements are made, specifically, meshing between a reinforced pile and a plain pile is eliminated, a steel plate concrete secant pile is adopted, the circumferences of the reinforced pile and the plain pile in a row pile are only tangent, a steel plate strip is vertically and downwards inserted into the tangent point along the center line of the two piles for water stopping, and concrete of the two piles is meshed with a steel plate; and meanwhile, the diameter of the plain pile can be reduced by at least 0.4 m, the water stopping effect is the same, the bearing capacity condition of the structure is not changed, and the drilling excavation amount and the concrete amount can be greatly saved. The water stop steel plate can be made of C-shaped steel, channel steel or U-shaped steel and is generally vertically pressed down by a hydraulic vibration hammer, and the insertion depth is flush with the bottom end face of the plain pile. The reinforcement cage of the reinforced pile is designed to be rectangular in the middle and arc-shaped at two ends, so that the waterstop steel plate can be inserted conveniently.
现有基坑支护中的咬合桩施工荤桩时要将素桩中位于荤、素桩重叠部分混凝土挖出才能实现咬合,即浇了再挖、挖了再填,存在浪费问题。本发明为克服现有咬合桩的不足,现做出重大改进:取消荤、素桩之间的咬合,改为钢板混凝土咬合桩:排桩中的荤、素两桩的圆周仅相切,在此切点处沿两桩中心线上垂直向下插入钢板条止水,让两桩的混凝土分别与钢板咬合,同时可以将素桩的直径至少缩小0.4m,而止水效果相同,既不改变结构的承载力状况又能大幅节省钻孔开挖量和混凝土量。止水钢板可以采用C形钢、槽钢或U形钢等,一般由液压振动锤将它垂直压下,插入深度与素桩底端面平齐。荤桩的钢筋笼设计成中间矩形+两端圆弧形,以便止水钢板的插入。
