Preparation method of binder jet printing silicon carbide ceramic material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a binder jet printing silicon carbide ceramic material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking carbon-containing powder as raw material powder, adding a dispersing agent, a high-residual-carbon binder and a solvent, and mixing to obtain slurry; the slurry is dried or subjected to spray granulation, and composite powder with the particle size being 20-250 microns is obtained; taking the composite powder as a printing raw material, selecting a jet binder, setting printing parameters, and carrying out binder jet printing according to the design structure of the silicon carbide ceramic material to obtain a silicon carbide ceramic material biscuit; performing high-temperature degreasing on the ceramic material biscuit to obtain a degreased biscuit sample; and carrying out siliconizing sintering on the degreased biscuit sample to obtain the binder jet printing silicon carbide ceramic material.
本发明涉及一种粘结剂喷射打印碳化硅陶瓷材料的制备方法。所述制备方法包括:将含碳粉体作为原料粉体,加入分散剂、高残碳粘结剂和溶剂混合得到浆料;浆料烘干或者进行喷雾造粒,得到粒径在20~250μm的复合粉体;以所述复合粉体为打印原料,选择喷射粘结剂,设置打印参数,根据碳化硅陶瓷材料的设计结构进行粘结剂喷射打印,得到碳化硅陶瓷材料素坯;将陶瓷材料素坯进行高温脱脂,得到脱脂后素坯样品;将脱脂后素坯样品进行渗硅烧结,得到所述粘结剂喷射打印碳化硅陶瓷材料。
