The invention belongs to the related technical field of additive manufacturing, and discloses a binder for jet printing of a silicon carbide ceramic part and a preparation method and application thereof, the binder comprises the following components in parts: 10-20 parts of carbon black dispersion slurry, 50-60 parts of thermosetting resin, 0.5-2 parts of a wetting agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a bactericide, 5-10 parts of a humectant and 7.7-34.4 parts of an organic solvent. The binder contains carbon black, so that when the binder is radiated by infrared rays after spraying is finished, the carbon black has good radiation absorption capacity, the temperature of a forming area is rapidly increased through the photo-thermal conversion effect, thermoset in the binder can be promoted to be vertically heated and cured in a short time, and the bonding strength of powder in the forming area is improved; and powder in a forming area is prevented from deviating due to overlarge pressure during powder spreading of the roller. And meanwhile, carbon black in the binder can generate secondary silicon carbide in the siliconizing reaction sintering link, and the density of a formed part is increased.
