Low-cost pollution-free water-soluble binder 3D printing silicon carbide ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of silicon carbide 3D printing, and particularly relates to a low-cost and pollution-free water-soluble binder 3D printing silicon carbide ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing polyvinyl alcohol with a first modifier, and then mixing with a plasticizer to obtain plasticized modified polyvinyl alcohol; (2) mixing silicon carbide ceramic powder, a second modifier and carbon black to obtain mixed powder of modified silicon carbide and carbon black; 3) uniformly mixing the obtained mixed powder of the modified silicon carbide and the carbon black, the plasticized modified polyvinyl alcohol and an organic binder, and crushing and granulating to obtain a silicon carbide printing material; (4) carrying out 3D printing molding on the obtained silicon carbide printing material to obtain a silicon carbide ceramic biscuit; (5) degreasing the obtained silicon carbide ceramic biscuit to obtain a silicon carbide ceramic degreased green body; and (6) carrying out melt siliconizing reaction sintering on the silicon carbide ceramic degreased green body to obtain the 3D printing silicon carbide ceramic.
本发明属于碳化硅3D打印技术领域,具体涉及一种低成本、无污染水溶性粘结剂3D打印碳化硅陶瓷及其制备方法。该制备方法包括:1)先将聚乙烯醇和第一改性剂混合,再与增塑剂混合,得到增塑后的改性聚乙烯醇;(2)将碳化硅陶瓷粉末、第二改性剂和炭黑混合得到,得到改性碳化硅和炭黑的混合粉末;3)将所得改性碳化硅和炭黑的混合粉末、增塑后的改性聚乙烯醇和有机粘结剂进行混炼均匀并破碎造粒,得到碳化硅打印料;(4)将所得碳化硅打印料3D打印成型,得到碳化硅陶瓷素坯;(5)将所得碳化硅陶瓷素坯经过脱脂,得到碳化硅陶瓷脱脂坯体;(6)将碳化硅陶瓷脱脂坯体经过熔融渗硅反应烧结,得到3D打印碳化硅陶瓷。
