Foundation treatment method for backfill land blocks in mountainous and hilly areas
The invention provides a foundation treatment method for backfill soil blocks in mountainous and hilly areas. The foundation treatment method comprises the following steps that S1, a rock area and a backfill soil area of a foundation area are divided; s2, performing exchange filling unification on the soil texture of the rock area and the soil texture of the backfill soil area through overexcavation exchange filling; s3, the upper portion of the rock area is tamped in a common dynamic compaction mode, and a mattress layer is formed; and S4, dynamic compaction construction is conducted on the backfill soil area through the tightly-overlapped combined hammers, so that the requirement for the foundation bearing capacity is met, and a bearing force layer consistent with the rock area in bearing capacity is formed. By controlling excavation depth, backfill materials and tamping treatment modes of different areas, the areas with too high softening bearing capacity and the areas with low hardening bearing capacity are achieved, finally, the overall bearing capacity is almost consistent, the design requirement is met, and the situation that a building overturns and collapses due to uneven settlement is effectively prevented.
本发明提供一种山区丘陵地区回填土地块的地基处理方法,包括以下步骤:S1划分地基区域的岩石区域和和回填土区域;S2利用超挖换填将岩石区域和回填土区域的两种地质的土质进行换填统一;S3利用普通强夯夯实的方式,对岩石区域的上方进行夯实,形成一层褥垫层;S4通过严密重合的组合锤对回填土区域进行强夯施工,以满足地基承载力的要求,并形成与岩石区域承载力一致的载力层。通过控制开挖深度、回填材料以及不同区域的夯实处理方式,达到软化承载力过高的区域,硬化承载力较低的区域,最终使整体承载力几乎一致,达到设计要求,有效防止建筑物因沉降不均匀而发生倾覆坍塌的情况。
