Fabricated steel pipe pile and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a fabricated steel pipe pile and a construction method thereof, which are mainly applied to foundation engineering, in particular to pile foundation engineering under the condition that the construction space is limited. The assembly type steel pipe pile comprises a steel pipe joint, a pile tip and a bolt. The steel pipe joint is composed of a pipe joint body and two pipe joint end plates welded to the two ends of the pipe joint body. The pipe joint body is provided with an operation opening and a clamping groove. The pipe joint end plate comprises a pipe joint end plate body, bolt holes, grouting holes and stiffening rib plates. The pile tip is composed of a pile tip end plate and a pile tip body. A connecting hole is formed in the pile tip end plate, and the hole position of the connecting hole is matched with a bolt hole of the pipe joint end plate. The pile tip is connected with the pipe joint end plate through a bolt, the pile tip is pressed into a soil body through a pressure device after being downwards arranged at a pile position, and when the steel pipe joint needs to be lengthened, another steel pipe joint is connected to the pipe joint end plate of the previous steel pipe joint through a bolt and is continuously pressed into the soil body until the designed length is met; and after pile pressing is completed, grouting is conducted on the assembly type steel pipe piles through the grouting holes.
本发明涉及一种装配式钢管桩及其施工方法,主要用于地基基础工程中,特别是施工空间受限情况下的桩基工程。装配式钢管桩包括钢管管节、桩尖、螺栓。钢管管节由管节主体及焊接于管节主体两端的两个管节端板组成。管节主体上开有作业口和卡槽。管节端板包括管节端板主体、螺栓孔、注浆孔和加劲肋板。桩尖由桩尖端板和桩尖主体组成。桩尖端板上开有连接孔,连接孔的孔位与管节端板的螺栓孔相匹配。桩尖通过螺栓与管节端板连接,桩尖向下置于桩位后,通过压力装置将其压入土体,当钢管管节需要接长时,将另一钢管管节通过螺栓连接于上一钢管管节的管节端板,继续压入,直至满足设计长度,压桩完成后通过注浆孔对装配式钢管桩进行注浆。
