The invention discloses a concave-convex structure for preventing reverse installation of components of a fully-prefabricated assembled bridge. The structure comprises a prefabricated bent cap, a prefabricated stand column and a bearing platform, pre-embedded grooves are formed in the positions, close to one side of the symmetric center position, of the bottoms of the prefabricated bent cap and the prefabricated stand column respectively, and pre-embedded protruding blocks are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the pre-embedded grooves, of the prefabricated stand column and the bearing platform respectively. Only when the assembling direction of the prefabricated bent cap, the prefabricated stand column and the bearing platform is correct, the embedded protruding blocks can correspondingly extend into the embedded grooves, and when the assembling direction is incorrect, large gaps can directly appear among the prefabricated bent cap, the prefabricated stand column and the bearing platform, installation direction errors are reminded, and reverse installation of the prefabricated stand column and the prefabricated bent cap is prevented.
