The invention discloses a steel slag modifying and grinding process. The process comprises the following steps: step 1, crushing and grinding; step 2, selecting powder; step 3, coarse powder mixing; step 4, high-temperature modification; 5, cooling the modified steel slag; step 6, preparing modified steel slag fine powder; and 7, preparing high-activity steel slag powder. According to the method, the sorting advantage of a steel slag closed-loop grinding process is utilized, coarse powder with RO phase enrichment and very low hydration reaction activity is subjected to selective accurate modification treatment, the modified steel slag is completely ground by adopting an open-loop mill, the grinding energy consumption is reduced, the machine-hour yield of the mill is increased, and the comprehensive production cost is reduced; the process blocking point of hot melting modification of molten steel slag and tailings after iron selection by steel enterprises is broken through, the method is combined with the reality of the steel enterprises, and self technical transformation is achieved.
本发明公开了一种钢渣改性粉磨工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一,破碎粉磨;步骤二,选粉;步骤三,粗粉混料;步骤四,高温改性;步骤五,改性钢渣冷却;步骤六,改性钢渣细粉制备;步骤七,高活性钢渣粉制备。本发明利用了钢渣闭路磨粉工艺的分选优势,将RO相富集、水化反应活性很低的粗粉进行有选择性的精准改性处理,采用开路磨对改性钢渣完全粉磨,降低了粉磨能耗,提高了磨机台时产量,综合生产成本降低;打破了钢企对熔融态钢渣、选铁后尾渣热熔改性的工艺堵点,与钢企现实接轨,实现自我技术改造。
