METHOD OF MODIFYING STEEL SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose technique of modifying steel slag while reducing expansion due to a hydration reaction.SOLUTION: Steel slag in a molten state is used, a gas comprising oxygen is blown into the steel slag, to increase the temperature of the steel slag up to 1600°C or more. It is then held at 1600°C or more for 2 minutes or more before cooled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水和反応による膨張を低減した製鋼スラグの改質技術を提案する。【解決手段】溶融状態の製鋼スラグを用い、該製鋼スラグの内部に、酸素を含む気体を吹込むことで、該製鋼スラグの温度を1600℃以上まで上昇させ、ついで1600℃以上で2分以上保持したのち、冷却する。【選択図】図1
