The invention discloses a high-rise building water supply and drainage pipeline system which comprises a body and further comprises a cleaning plate, the cleaning plate is vertically connected to the interior of the body in a sliding mode, the outer wall of the cleaning plate is attached to the inner wall of the body, and the cleaning plate cleans the inner wall of the body by moving up and down in the body; the device further comprises a guide mechanism, and the guide mechanism is used for guiding the cleaning plate to synchronously rotate when moving up and down and is used for improving the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning plate on the inner wall of the body. According to the high-rise building water supply and drainage pipeline system, the internal structure of the pipeline is redesigned; according to the pipeline cleaning device, impact force generated by normal water flowing can be used as power to drive the cleaning plate in the pipeline to clean the pipe wall, and meanwhile, when the pipe wall is cleaned, driving force can be generated through movement of the cleaning plate to preliminarily cut and crush garbage in water.
