Iron tower hoisting method
The iron tower hoisting method comprises the following steps that construction preparation is conducted, specifically, field investigation and cleaning and layout planning are conducted on a site, cement is used for pouring and hardening the construction position of an iron tower, and an installation foundation of the iron tower is formed; pre-assembling: pre-assembling the iron tower assembly according to a preset structural unit, then carrying out horizontal pre-assembling, and carrying out overall verification; tower footing installation: hoisting the tower footing units in the pre-assembled structural units to a foundation by using a helicopter, and fixing the bottom of the tower footing through foundation bolts after the positions of the tower footing units are straightened; mounting the tower body: sequentially hoisting each structural unit of the tower body to the tower footing unit from bottom to top by using a helicopter to construct an integral structure of the iron tower; and auxiliary facilities are installed, specifically, a protective fence, an anti-climbing frame, a lightning rod and a bird repelling device are manually installed. In this way, iron tower construction can be conveniently completed in areas with traffic inconvenience, the planning flexibility is improved, and the overall power transmission loss is reduced.
本发明公开了一种铁塔吊装方法包括以下步骤:施工准备:对现场进行实地勘察清理和布局规划,并对铁塔施工位置使用水泥浇筑硬化,形成铁塔的安装地基;预组装:将铁塔组件按照预先设定的结构单元预先组装后再进行卧式预组装,并进行整体校验;塔基安装:将预组装好的结构单元中的塔基单元使用直升机吊装到地基上,摆正塔基单元的位置之后通过地脚螺栓对塔基底部进行固定;塔身安装:使用直升机将塔身各个结构单元自下而上依次吊装到塔基单元上,组建成铁塔的整体结构;附属设施安装:人工安装防护栏、防攀爬架、避雷针以及驱鸟装置。通过上述方式,本发明能够方便再交通不便地区完成铁塔建设,提高规划灵活性,降低整体输电损耗。
