Construction method of assembled roof system
The invention discloses a construction method of an assembled roof system. A lower waterproof layer, a drainage layer, a heat preservation layer and an upper waterproof layer are sequentially laid on a roof structure layer. The thermal insulation layer adopts at least one layer of thermal insulation board, the first layer of thermal insulation board is laid on the drainage layer, and the abutted seam position of the top layer of thermal insulation board is sealed by a double-sided tape; the upper waterproof layer is made of macromolecule waterproof coiled materials, is laid on the top-layer heat preservation plate and covers the top-layer heat preservation plate in a strip adhesion or full adhesion mode. The abutted seam position of the top-layer heat preservation plate is sealed, and the macromolecule waterproof roll of the upper waterproof layer and the top-layer heat preservation plate strip of the heat preservation layer are adhered or fully adhered, so that water channeling can be reduced, and leakage can be reduced. 本发明公开了一种组装式屋面系统的施工方法,在屋顶结构层上依次铺设下防水层、排水层、保温层、上防水层;保温层采用至少一层保温板,第一层保温板铺设在排水层上,且顶层保温板的拼缝位置采用双面胶带密封;上防水层采用高分子防水卷材,铺设在顶层保温板上,且条粘或满粘覆盖顶层保温板。本发明将顶层保温板的拼缝位置密封,且将上防水层的高分子防水卷材与保温层的顶层保温板条粘或满粘,可以减少窜水,减少渗漏。本发明中上防水层的高分子防水卷材采用条粘或者满粘方式,本发明在施工的时候不会因为高分子防水卷材的搭接边还没完成焊接而被大风吹开,也可避免突然下雨引起雨水灌入到保温层内而返工。
