To provide a roof construction system and a roof construction method, capable of efficiently disposing folded plates on a roof by eliminating necessity of a space around a building.SOLUTION: A travel rail 27 is attached to a beam 24b constituting a building 20. A roof construction system 100 comprises a machine working platform 50 that comprises a placement surface for a molding machine M1 and is capable of moving on the travel rail 27. The machine working platform 50 comprises an adjustment mechanism for adjusting a slope of the placement surface.
