The invention relates to an underwater continuous pouring device for sludge solidified soil. The device comprises an agitator. The top of the stirrer is provided with a feed port and a sludge inlet, and the bottom is provided with a soil outlet. A curing material bin and a mud bucket are arranged above the stirrer. The bottoms of the curing material bin and the mud bucket are respectively communicated with the feeding hole and the mud inlet through a first valve and a second valve. The device is characterized in that a solidified soil bin is arranged below the stirrer, and a third valve is arranged between the top of the solidified soil bin and a soil outlet of the stirrer. A plunger pump is arranged below the solidified soil bin, and a fourth valve is arranged between an inlet of the plunger pump and the bottom of the solidified soil bin. A mud conveying pipe is arranged on one side of the plunger pump. The upper end of the mud conveying pipe is communicated with an outlet of the plunger pump through a fifth valve, the lower end of the mud conveying pipe extends into an underwater required pouring position, and an air compressor and an air tank are arranged on one side of the upper end.
