The invention provides a sewage emergency treatment device and a use method thereof. The sewage emergency treatment device comprises a connecting pipe which is arranged between an upstream drainage pipe and a downstream drainage pipe which are adjacent and is used for discharging part of upstream sewage into an emergency pipeline; the first butt joint body is arranged between the upstream drainage pipe and the connecting pipe and used for receiving sewage of the upstream drainage pipe flowing to the connecting pipe; a second docking body; the sewage guide pipe is arranged between the connecting pipe and the emergency pipeline and used for guiding sewage in the connecting pipe into the emergency pipeline; the connecting device is arranged in the connecting pipe, one end of the connecting device extends to the first butt joint body, and the other end of the connecting device extends to the second butt joint body; the connecting pipe comprises a fixed part and an overturning part; the overturning part is pivotally connected to one end, close to the second butt joint body, of the fixed part; and the turnover part is driven to communicate or close a channel between the connecting pipe and the emergency pipeline by driving the connecting device. The turnover parts are driven to be communicated or closed through the connecting devices in the connected connecting pipes, polluted sewage or rainwater containing pollutants is prevented from being discharged into natural water, and environmental pollution is avoided.
