METHOD FOR DISMANTLING COKE OVEN BRICK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dismantling a coke oven brick, when a coke oven brick is dismantled for repairing the specified coke oven battery of a chamber oven type coke oven, capable of passing an extruder before the coke oven battery during dismantlement.SOLUTION: The upper parts of adjacent backstays 2 are connected with a cross-beam 11, a retaining wall 4 present at both the edges of the longlength direction 34 of a coke oven battery and the upper part of each backstay 2 are connected with a connection beam 12, and thereafter, the coke oven brick is dismantled. The space between the backstays 2 is closed, then a part thereof is made into an opening part, and the dismantled brick is exhausted. Further, a part of the backstays 2 is removed so as to be an exhaust gate. Since the brick dismantling is performed as the whole or a large part of the backstays 2 of an extrusion machine side 31 is made remain, the phenomenon that the dismantled brick is decomposed on the extrusion machine side 31 before the coke oven battery during the dismantling does not occur, and the passing of the extrusion machine before the coke oven battery 1 during the dismantling is made possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】室炉式コークス炉の特定の炉団を改修するためにコークス炉煉瓦を解体するに際し、解体中の炉団の前を押出機が通行することが可能となる、コークス炉煉瓦の解体方法を提供する。【解決手段】隣接するバックステイ2の上部同士を横梁11で連結し、コークス炉団の炉団長方向34両端に存する擁壁4とバックステイ2の上部との間を連結梁12で連結し、その後にコークス炉煉瓦を解体する。バックステイ2間の空間を仮炉蓋で閉鎖した上で一部を開口部とし、解体煉瓦を排出する。また、バックステイ2の一部を撤去して排出ゲートとする。押出機側31のバックステイ2の全部または大部分を残存させたままで煉瓦解体を行うので、解体中の炉団前の押出機側31に解体煉瓦が堆積することがなく、解体中の炉団1の前を押出機が通行することが可能となる。【選択図】図1
