The whole vehicle comprises a vehicle frame, a track lifting and shifting device, an old plate storage frame and a new plate storage frame. The rail lifting and shifting device is installed at the bottom of the frame and used for lifting the steel rails away from the ground. The old plate storage rack is mounted on the frame and is used for storing old track plates; the new plate storage rack is mounted on the frame and is used for storing new track plates; the track plate replacing device is mounted on the frame and is used for lifting an old track plate, transporting the old track plate to the old plate storage frame and transporting a new track plate to a target placement position; the ballastless track plate replacing vehicle is compact in structure, complete in function, high in integration degree, free of connection and separation of all vehicles, simple and efficient in plate replacing technological process, high in safety and capable of improving the field operation efficiency and quality.
