The invention provides a ballastless track tunnel base structure dismounting and replacing construction method which is used for overall dismounting and replacing of CRTS I type plate type, CRTS II type plate type, CRTS III type plate type, CRTS I type double-block type and sleeper embedded type non-operation track structure railway tunnel base structures. Lining pre-reinforcement is carried out, and drainage and cable relocation construction are carried out; rail breaking construction is conducted, then ballastless track plate uncovering construction and line overhead device installation construction are conducted, and a tunnel base structure and a base plate are dismantled and reconstructed; and removing the line overhead device, resetting the ballastless track plate, recovering the line, recovering the ditch cable trough, and accelerating the line.
