本发明提出一种透过下层网架实现上层超长钢结构穿孔吊装的施工工法,涉及建筑施工技术领域,包括:S1、在下层网架上端铺设导轨,设置移动运输车;S2、在下层网架下方设置吊车,使吊车吊臂穿过下层网架;S3、使用吊车垂直吊装钢柱至下层网架上方,将钢柱移动至安装点位安装;S4、采用移动运输车运输钢梁至吊装作业点位,使用吊车起吊钢梁至钢柱上端,连接钢梁和钢柱,形成一榀钢架;S5、重复步骤S2‑S4形成多榀钢架,进行钢架间的连接。较传统施工技术相比,不影响下层网架施工,无需整体提升,对其余工序无影响,节约整体施工工期,降低整体提升风险与施工难度,解决现有技术中网架钢结构厂房上层的钢结构安装施工难度大、工期长、风险大等问题。
