The invention belongs to the technical field of push-pull control, and discloses a height self-adaptive middle pulley assembly and a push-pull device.The height self-adaptive middle pulley assembly comprises a support used for supporting a push-pull body, a pulley assembly, a connecting rod assembly and an elastic piece, the length direction of the support serves as the first direction, and the width direction of the support serves as the second direction; a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft parallel to each other are arranged on the support in the first direction in a spaced mode. The first rotating shaft is slidably connected to the support in the first direction. The pulley assembly is provided with a third rotating shaft in the second direction. The connecting rod assembly connects the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft. The elastic piece is arranged on the support in the first direction, and the free end of the elastic piece is connected with the first rotating shaft. Self-adaptive supporting height adjustment can be conducted on the pulley assembly through the elastic force of the elastic piece, so that it is guaranteed that the bearing load of the middle pulley assembly is adjustable, and the problem that the middle pulley assembly is prone to overload damage is solved.
