The invention provides a lifting push-pull pulley mechanism and a window thereof, the lifting push-pull pulley mechanism comprises a lifting push-pull driver and a lifting push-pull pulley, and the lifting push-pull driver is connected to a sash body of a door and window and used for operating the sash body to ascend or descend; the lifting push-pull pulley is connected with the lifting push-pull driver and is used for bearing the sash body to slide on the bottom edge of the frame body of the door and window; wherein the lifting push-and-pull pulley, the lifting push-and-pull driver or the fan body is provided with a first locking piece, the bottom edge of the frame body is provided with a second locking piece matched with the first locking piece, the lifting push-and-pull driver drives the fan body to descend, and the first locking piece and the second locking piece are matched with each other, so that the fan body is locked on the frame body. According to the scheme, the first locking piece and the second locking piece do not need to be arranged on the main driver, on the premise that an existing hardware structure is not affected, the first locking piece and the second locking piece are complementarily installed between the fan body and the frame body, machining and installation are convenient and fast, and the fan body can be stably locked on the frame body.
