Early-strength cement-based grouting material prepared from prehydrated fly ash and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an early-strength cement-based grouting material prepared from prehydrated fly ash. The early-strength cement-based grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of quick-hardening ordinary Portland cement, 28 to 39 parts of phosphogypsum, 33 to 40 parts of ground slag powder, 25 to 32 parts of prehydrated fly ash, 78 to 90 parts of sand, 2.0 to 5.0 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.3 to 0.7 part of a composite early strength agent, and 0.3 to 0.7 part of an antifoaming agent. Compared with the prior art, the early-strength cement-based grouting material containing the prehydrated fly ash has the characteristics of good fluidity, fast early-strength development, high later strength, short setting time, small volume change, lowcost and the like, can effectively utilize phosphogypsum, fly ash, mineral powder and other solid wastes, and has environmental protection significance.
本发明涉及一种利用预水化粉煤灰制备的早强型水泥基灌浆料,包括以下重量份的各组分:快硬型普通硅酸盐水泥100;磷石膏28‑39;磨细矿渣粉33‑40;预水化粉煤灰25‑32;砂78‑90;减水剂2.0‑5.0;复合早强剂0.3‑0.7;消泡剂0.3‑0.7。与现有技术相比,本发明制备的含有预水化粉煤灰的早强型水泥基灌浆料,其特点在于流动性好、早期强度发展快、后期强度高、凝结时间短、体积变化小、低成本等,除此之外还能有效利用磷石膏、粉煤灰、矿粉等固废,具有环保意义。
