Small-radius curve cast-in-place continuous box girder construction method
The invention discloses a construction method of a small-radius curve cast-in-place continuous box girder. The construction method comprises the following steps of foundation treatment, replacement and filling treatment of a river valley section in the middle of a girder body and foundation pit treatment on the periphery of a pier column. The construction method comprises the steps of construction of a support, construction and calculation of a support system, reinforcement and protection of the support, and finally installation of a formwork. Performing a pre-pressing test on the bracket; the cast-in-place beam is constructed, steel bars are bound, concrete is poured, and the concrete is cured after pouring; the formwork and the support are sequentially dismantled after concrete is poured, through the series of construction methods, compared with a prefabricated box girder, the pouring time is greatly shortened while the quality of the concrete cast-in-place beam is guaranteed, and the production speed of the small-radius cast-in-place beam is remarkably increased.
